A prime candidate for a 'Before – After' case study. Two CSR reports of RIL designed by Cognito, starkly demonstrate the difference that good design and in-depth domain knowledge can inject into a report. The 2006 report, when published was one of the only two CSRs from India which had a G-3 A+ rating.
