Here you will learn the art of ascending steep rock formations, get insightful knowledge of climbing techniques using the latest gear and safety equipment for the purpose. The training will be carried out on two specifically designed 15 mt. high, 900 rock climbing blocks. After you have climbed to the top you will also be taught the right technique of rappelling down.

The course aims to instill in you the strength, endurance, and mental control, as well as agility and balance required for climbing. It also increases flexibility, muscular endurance, strengthens shoulders, abs, arms and fingers. Above all it gives a satisfying sense of achievement every time you manage to reach the top.
