At Sterling Health Mall you will perform this exciting and fun form of exercise which comprises of rhythmic movements with stretching and strength training components in order to improve all elements of your fitness (flexibility, muscle strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). You will perform this workout to the beats of the latest music in a group setting under the expert guidance of our Aerobics trainer. At home you can practice the session solo and without musical accompaniment if you want to.
