General Manager – Purchase (Hospet)
The ideal candidate would be an engineering graduate with over 10 years of experience in Materials Management. He will actively spearhead the Policy making, planning, monitoring & controlling of the Materials Management function. The responsibility also includes Materials Planning with ERP, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Development, Performance Review of vendors, Resource Management, Contracting Strategies, Negotiation, effective handling of imports including Customs Clearances, Warehousing, Distribution, Central Excise Clearances and Inventory Management.
General Manager - Environment & Safety (Hospet)
A graduate/postgraduate in Environmental Science with 10-15 years of experience in designing and implementing systems related to environment and safety, preferably in the mining industry. The ability to lead a team of environment engineers, work in synergy with mine managers and a track record of successful implementations is a must. The responsibility includes knowledge management and creation of a repository of good practices in the area of environment and safety.
Manager - Environment                               (Hospet & other locations)
A graduate/postgraduate in Environmental Science with 5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing environmental systems, preferably in the mining industry. Key responsibilities include adherence to statutory environment standards and ensuring compliance with local requirements.
Manager - Public Relations                          (Hospet & Bangalore)
A graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience in liaison with government and non-governmental organizations to obtain requisite clearances/approvals and permissions. Postgraduates in Journalism/Mass communication will have an added advantage.
Manager - Human Resources (Hospet)
A graduate preferably in Social Sciences and a postgraduate in Business Management/Human Resource Management with an experience of 6 years in the HR department as a Manager with a progressive company, with focus on employee relations and development. The responsibilities include designing and conducting employee development programmes, interact with employees, employee counseling and managing employee communications. Manage statutory compliance of all the divisions and implement progressive systems in terms of legal requirements and liaise with statutory authorities.
Medical Officer (Hospet)
A compassionate doctor to manage the company's medical facilities which include a dispensary and a well-equipped Blood Bank. The requisite qualifications are an MBBS degree with 2-5 years of experience. Knowledge of Kannada will be preferred.
