A simple dip stick study confirmed that most voters were not aware of what was at stake in this election. They did not realise that no matter how many kms of roads were being built in India per day, if they did not have a good councillor, the road in front of their house/society will continue to be in bad shape.
To motivate citizens to vote we created a film and panels which amplified what all was at stake in this election. WhatsApp and social media were deployed to spread the message.
The film was a big hit and got over 1.2K views on the day of launch.
